Amaroo Gardens-Knox City Council Certificate Training
Training Unlimited is assisting Amaroo Gardens Aged Care Facility to train our Personal Care Staff to certificate IV in Aged Care level. As well as the training delivery, which has been professional and of a very high standard, we have been impressed with Training Unlimited's approach to planning and development of assessments. Our staff mix is varied in regard to experience and formal skills, which presented a challenge to develop a delivery model that meet the needs of our facility as well as our staff.
The results have enhanced the delivery of care with course assessments being effectively linked to facility projects.
I have appreciated Training Unlimited's flexible approach to the operational needs of Amaroo Gardens without compromising the integrity of the training.

Delaware North Companies Australia / Parks and Resorts First aid Training
Dear Training Unlimited, Throughout November and December 2009, your organisation assisted a number of Delaware North Companies Australia staff members to obtain their Certificate II in First Aid.
The feedback I have received from those whom attended the training sessions was remarkable and highly commendable to your team.
With true professionalism the Training Unlimited team provided a flexibility to our staff regarding the nature of how the information was delivered, made the information provided easy to understand and most importantly easy to apply in real situations.
We at Delaware North hope the knowledge and skills obtained during the training never be used, but we are also very confident that should the need arise to practice these skills we are well prepared as a result of the high level of training provided.
Of all the comments received, a notable mention has to go to the trainers themselves. They made the training fun and enjoyable, which aided in making the information more enjoyable to understand.
Again thank you Training Unlimited for your ongoing support of Delaware North Companies Australia.

Tenix First Aid Training
To the management and staff of Training Unlimited
It has been a pleasure dealing with the organizer and management of your team. Nothing has been too much trouble to attend to our needs in organizing a schedule for the years first aid training. The staff are there to lend a hand and for any unforeseen reasons are always willing to re-organize dates to accommodate our needs.
To the field trainers, a special thanks for their professional manner in attending to all of our staff and employees first aid needs and to answer all questions. They are always on time to conduct training and maintain the interest of the trainees for the full duration of the course. Courses are delivered with a great sense of humour to keep trainees interested.

A First aid Thank You
Dear Mum and Dad, Today I had to put my first aid in to place because the bus I was in hit a girl this morning on the way to work. The bus driver leapt out first and followed by me. The driver went to the girl and insisted on moving her. I then proceeded to tell him not to move the patient only because no one knew if she had a broken back or broken anything. After that I moved the driver off the scene and started treating him for shock, I have never seen or heard of someone going into shock this bad before. I spoke to his wife on the phone because he just couldn't walk, talk or recollect what just happened and I explained to her that he and the girl were fine.
The driver quit his job later that day and at the time of the accident was insisting that he was never going to drive again. All he wanted to do the whole time I was trying to calm him down was go home. It was quite full on but I suppose I would have had adrenaline going as well.
The girl was all fine in the end just a small laceration on her foot, which was lucky for being run over by a bus.
All in all I think I handled the situation really well for my first real accident and am so grateful I did my first aid. Thanks mum for insisting I do the course, and thanks Training Unlimited for delivering such a great course, as I was able to remember exactly what to do. Perhaps there is a career in first aid here for me somewhere.

Windermere Family Day Care
Training Unlimited have been organising and conducting First Aid courses for our child care scheme for the past few years. This is an important part of our compulsory training schedule as our carers need to be competent in the area to be able to continue working.
Training Unlimited have the responsibility of organising the relevant course, contacting the carers who are due for renewal, conducting the course and then issuing certificates. These procedures are always handled professionally. The contact staff are always very pleasant and helpful with regards to enquiries, and requests are carried out efficiently and effectively.
It is always a pleasure to deal with Jocie and the staff at Training Unlimited.
