Our pre-employment courses are designed to align with the needs of the employer and assist to achieve potential employment outcomes for students.
Course content relating to a specific qualification/ skill sets is negotiated with employers and industry bodies to ensure participants are well prepared and provided with the correct skill base for the workplace. We train against industry standards, and our experienced and industry-current trainers work very closely with students to provide the access to practical skills needed to be job ready.
Our courses are designed to assist and support all students, including those who may need to gain further skills and confidence or new skills. They encourage the student to look at new employment directions, and assist those who are nervous to learn, tailoring our courses at entry level and supporting individuals throughout this process.

Our trainers complete a report for each student and provide their recommendations as to the type of working environment would be best fit for the student to adapt to the work setting and the people.
Due to a range of reasons, not all participants are successful in employment, however, all students take skills away with them and gain experience in the interviewing process
