I have over 10 years experience in the Health Care Sector. My Journey started me in Aged Care Facilities, and after approximately 2 years I branched out and gained experience in Disability Services and Community Care through a Health Care Agency. I became a Trainer and Assessor in 2015 and have worked for a few RTO's experiencing the different methods of delivery and assessment before joining Training Unlimited in 2021. My role has grown from Classroom delivery to Traineeships and then into management and oversight of the Aged and Disability Training Programs.
