Within the Understanding Dementia Course learners will experience videos and interactive modules, with multiple choice assessments throughout the 60 minute course.

The Understanding Dementia Course Online satisfies the knowledge evidence of the unit of competency (CHCAGE005), without the practical. Please note: if you require accredited training for understanding dementia, you should check with your employer or industry body to confirm online understanding dementia is accepted prior to enrolment. We do not offer refunds to students who did not realise they needed an accredited understanding dementia certificate.
Once successfully completed, learners will be issued with a Certificate of Completion for the online Understanding Dementia course. Certificates are issued by Training Unlimited Pty Ltd (RTO ID 20891).
PLEASE BE AWARE you are NOT completing a nationally recognised unit of competency. Students will NOT receive a Statement of Attainment after completing this course.
