  • Refunds are not permitted in the case of change of mind.
  • Bookings cancelled more than 24hr before the course start time will incur a $25 cancellation fee per enrolment or $10 rescheduling fee.
  • Bookings cancelled less than 24hr before the course start time will incur a $50 cancellation fee per enrolment or rescheduling fee being 50% of the original course cost.
  • Where there is no attendance or competency is not achieved, the participant will forgo any payment made and need to rebook the course paying the fee amount.
  • All cancellation fees refer to the original booking date not rescheduled date.
  • When a course is cancelled by Training Unlimited participants have the option of rescheduling to another date or receive a full refund of the course fee paid. No further monies will be paid for any other expenses the participant has or may incur.
  • A credit period of two (2) months after original booking date is available. After this, course credit will expire and cannot be used or refunded.
  • You must arrive before the course start time, courses start at the scheduled time, late entry will not be permitted.
  • Certificates cannot be issued until all USI information has been confirmed (where required) and all course paperwork requirements have been completed.
  • Where a student is unable to attend due to illness or other medical condition: A medical certificate must be provided within two weeks of the training date, otherwise the standard cancellation policy and rescheduling fees apply. A medical certificate will not be accepted if a student is late or has insufficient ID.
  • Refunds requests must be applied for in writing by the student so we can verify their identity and keep a record of the request. If your refund is approved, funds will be returned to you by the means in which it was paid. If the course fee was paid by a third party, the third party will be credited the course fee, unless stated otherwise.

Online Courses

  • Once an enrolment has been received for an online course, no refund, transfer, or cancellation is available.
  • Participants have a period of six (6) months after original booking date to complete online courses. After this, course credit is expired and cannot be used.
