Food Safety Supervisor Course
Students completing the Food Safety Supervisor Course will undertake theory, assessment and practical training as part of the course requirements. A sandwich lunch is included on the face-to-face practical day.
Food Safety Supervisor Skill Set
Students completing the Food Safety Supervisor Skill Set will complete two nationally recognised units of competency, including theory, assessment and practical training.
Lunch is included. Students may prepare items such as sausage rolls, pizza, sushi or dumplings as part of the practical component.

As this course includes two nationally recognised units of competency, the charges are in line with the Department of Training and Workforce Development’s VET fees and Charges Policy 2025 (Version 1.0).The fees are:

Training options vary depending on the Food Safety Supervisor course selected. Students may complete classroom or online theory, with practical training completed in person at Bibra Lake, Perth.
- What are your payment methods?
Payment can be made at the time of booking using either a credit card, EFTPOS or cash. Invoices and acceptance of company cheques is by prior arrangement only.
- Do you offer the refresher course?
Yes. To refresh your Food Safety Supervisor certification, you simply complete the relevant course again.
- When does my certificate expire?
Food Safety Supervisor certification is valid for 5 years. After this time, students will need to complete the course again to keep their food safety knowledge and skills current.
