I have over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and care, where I have demonstrated a commitment to fostering high-quality learning for young children. I am dedicated to fostering environments where children can express their imagination, curiosity, and share their authentic self. Throughout my career, I have taken on key leadership roles, playing an instrumental part in driving continuous improvement and enhancing the overall quality of educational programs. I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, as well as qualifications in Training and Assessment, enabling me to mentor and support students to develop best practices across the sector. I have a genuine love for early education and believe I have found my calling in being a Training Specialist.
